1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and tar529 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the tar529 platform, including the website, Android and iOS mobile apps, and all related services.

By accessing or using the tar529 platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms. These Terms take effect from the date you register an account or first use the platform, whichever comes earlier.

Tar529 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in force.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use tar529 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never been banned or excluded from tar529 or any other gambling platform for fraud or breach of terms.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or third party.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, identification number, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance without notice.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the tar529 platform. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name, using another person's details, or via a different device — is a serious violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for the security of your username and account password. tar529 recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Tar529 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the tar529 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within seconds.

Minimum deposit limit is MYR 10 while the minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is MYR 50,000 for standard accounts and MYR 100,000 for VIP accounts.

• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account held under the tar529 account holder's name.
• Tar529 does not accept payments to third parties under any circumstances.
• All valid withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals that require additional review may take up to 24 working hours.

5 Bonus & Promotions

General terms that apply to all tar529 bonuses:

• Bonuses are eligible for one account per individual, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, or used on behalf of another person.
• Tar529 reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of bonus abuse.

Any attempt to exploit or abuse the tar529 bonus program — including opening duplicate accounts solely to claim bonuses — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the relevant accounts.

6 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the tar529 platform are subject to the betting rules set for each game category. These rules can be found in the help section of each game within the platform.

• Confirmed and accepted wagers cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Tar529 reserves the right to void wagers if odds or game information were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Wins are calculated based on the odds applicable at the time the bet is accepted by the system.
• In casino games, the result of a verified random number generator (RNG) is final.
• For live sports betting, the actual event result is final and overrides any interim results displayed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tar529 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Self-closure request from the account holder.
• Orders from the relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the tar529 customer support team. Once an account closure request is submitted, any valid balance (after deducting any bonus with unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

The tar529 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, tar529 does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, tar529 is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes made in accordance with valid game rules.
• Losses resulting from a failure to secure your own account.

11 Changes to the Terms

Tar529 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes take effect immediately upon the updated version being published on the platform.

For significant changes, tar529 will endeavour to notify members via their registered email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect — unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the tar529 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.

12 Responsible Gaming
